Viljamaa country lodge
Viljamaa country lodge is situated on the shores of lake Mäntyjärvi in East Finland. Surrounded by fields and forests, you will experience the rural life of Finland. You will stay in our guest building "Villakko" in rooms (2-3 beds) with own wc and shower. Traditional meals, prepared by our own cook will be served in the main building.
During your stay at Viljamaa lodge you have the opportunity to enjoy several local activities such as fishing, exploring the nature trails, shooting the rapids and more. Our location is also a perfect starting point for several excursions like Koli (nature park), Kuopio (major city), two orthodox monasteries or the mining town of Outokumpu. And of course, you can experience a real Finnish sauna at the lake side.
We offer 2/3 persons bedrooms with TV and shower/toilet. From the rooms you have a view of lake Mäntyjärvi. At Viljamaa lodge nature and silence surround you. Some rooms are linked and can be used as an apartment. Those rooms also have a kitchenette. Room rates do not include meals, but these are available on request.
